Today I am on my way to Monte Carlo, Monaco and I will be arriving late. This will be a boring travel considering I have to first take the bus then a plane and another bus and it is all just annoying. First I will go to the Rio airport, then get on a TAP Portugal airplane for 13hours and 30minute flight which is actually quite cheap and I will arrive at the Nice airport and take a 42minute bus ride to Monte Carlo with an overall cost of $729. I will then be staying at the Metropole Hotel & Resort after travelling for about 17 hours at a rate of $706 per night which is around the same price as my flight but I will still stay two nights which makes the cost $1441.
I don’t really have my days planned out for what I’m going to do in Monte Carlo but I’ve got a few ideas like shopping at Le Metropole Shopping Center which is within walking distance. Then I’ll probably go on a nice walk on Monaco’s most famous beach Larvotto beach which is full of pebbles instead of sand. The next morning I was thinking of the Casino Square, which is within walking distance of my hotel and includes a large casino and many restaurants and cafes in the area as well. Close by to there is La Salle Garnier Opera House which I would love to just have a little glance inside the magnificent structure. One of my days probably the first one will consist of visiting Les Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo which is translated to “The Sea Baths of Monte-Carlo.” This is the most well known spa in Monaco and probably the largest one floor royal spa with a gym, spa treatments, salons and restaurants.
